The Gold Monster 2000 is Minelab's newest hybrid gold detector, built for serious prospecting in highly mineralized ground. Multi-Au technology combines synchronized multi-frequency VLF sensitivity (12-76 kHz) with a pulse induction (PI) ground-processing engine, delivering stability in red dirt, black sand, and difficult soils where single-frequency detectors lose their signal.
Echo Wave audio clearly separates faint gold signals from hot rocks and iron, preserving sensitivity and depth. The instant Gold Probability indicator, together with a 0-99 digital target ID, gives you faster and more confident dig decisions.
It comes with a lightweight (1.25 kg) telescopic carbon fiber shaft that folds down to 65 cm, a 5-inch round GM2000-05 Double-D coil waterproof to one meter, and two replaceable lithium-ion batteries.
